We want you to love your TOBIQ gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or visit any authorized drop-off location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
